Clayton Kershaw will not take the mound today at AT&T Park where he has an overall record of 5-2, 0.66 ERA with 53 strikeouts in 54 innings pitched. The Giants just breathed a sigh of relief. It is reported that Kershaw received a cortisone injection on Saturday and it is hopeful that he'll make the start on Tuesday in Arizona. In what is without a doubt the most important game of the season so far, the Dodgers send Joe Blanton to the hill.
